Eden Park is the biggest stadium in New Zealand and located 3 kilometers of Auckland’s CBD. It mainly holds Cricket and Rugby games both nationwide and worldwide especially hosting the final Rugby World Cup 2011 and co-hosting for Cricket World Cup 2015. Eden Park's rich sporting and social history, and its international profile, is unmatched by any other stadium in the country.
The stadium is currently being redeveloped to a permanent 50,000 seat capacity with full sets of facilities. In addition, Eden Park also undertake various events from private business meetings to conferences and exhibitions, social and charity functions to sporting and entertainment events with superb facilities like super screen, professional event team, catering, 24 hours security and lots of parking lots. At present, Eden Park also provides a stadium tour every day for tourists.
